The Keltic Mermaid

Freshwater Fae Artist

Professional Bio

Mermaid Bhria Gladwell is a freshwater fae who prefers the pristine rivers and waterfalls of the PNW, which remind her of her beloved Emerald Isle and the springs of Florida. Selkie, Siren, or Lhiannon Sidhe, her mood determines her form. With her red hair, fair skin, and ocean-colored eyes, she is the quintessential Keltic Mermaid. A Theatre Arts background informs her characterization as her spiritual mersona.

A Faery priestess of Brighid and Reiki Master Teacher, she serves her community through the arts of bodywork, movement, energetic alchemy, and intuitive readings to help sensitives, survivors, and empaths remember how to heal. Her healing studio, Blissed Wellness, is located in La Center, WA. Bhria is neurodivergent and has a hypermobile connective tissue disorder. Mermaiding is pain-free bliss, communing with elementals in natural, rejuvenating waters. In December of 2023, she attained her SSI Basic Mermaid certification. She is an advocate for integrating the light and shadow for healing trauma, for animal welfare, especially wolves, for river and waterfall conservation, as well as for the importance of skincare & water-safe sunblock for the fair-skinned.

Passionate about healing, transforming trauma, and making magick happen, Bhria is honored to uplift your spirit, bring a smile to your face and insight into life events. She occasionally makes appearances at special events, providing offerings of Intuitive Readings and Energetic Alchemy. Mostly she can be found in the wilds of Washington in summer months swimming in rivers and waterfalls. If you happen upon her, say hi!

She is eternally grateful to her handsome husband and devoted Mertender who loves dressing up and cosplay as much as she does.
